Secure external sources of raw materials

The resources found in the city are limited. This means that as the game progresses, what is easily available will be exhausted. Therefore, you must build a Logistic District and start exploring the world. You will find places on the map where you can continue obtaining resources.

Expand districts

City building has undergone major changes. Now, instead of single structures, you build entire districts. Initially, they will consist of six fields. However, you can enlarge them to increase their efficiency.

Additionally, you can build buildings in districts that will unlock additional functions or provide for basic needs. For example, in the Housing District you can build a Hospital. However, the number of slots is limited. Enlarging a given zone enables you to unlock additional spaces for structures.

Research new technologies

New technologies also play an important role in the game. The development tree is quite extensive and is divided into three categories - Economy, Survival and Society. First of all, you should choose research from the second category. That's where you will find buildings that will improve the extraction of raw materials, and thus guarantee efficient access to them.

Negotiate before voting

Putting laws into practice is no longer so easy. You need to gain the support of an appropriate number of council members. In most cases, opinions will be divided. Therefore, to be sure that the solutions you propose will come into force, you should negotiate.

Typically, faction representatives will require you to introduce other laws or carry out specific actions to promote their causes (to do this, you must click on the group icon at the bottom of the screen) in exchange for a faction's support.

Check the forecasts

The lower the temperature, the greater the heat demand. Coal consumption also increases automatically. So you must constantly monitor the forecast for the next few days (you will find it in the upper right part of the screen). This will give you time to notice significant cooling and increase production in time.
