This highly animated WindowBlinds theme is made to participate in the WinCustomize Skinning Contest. And I luckily won the WindowBlinds catagory by this skin. It's dark, but all the controls are designed to provide you with easy-to-use desktop experience.

Unique button sounds, mixed from some Sci-Fic themed wave.
