3D Windows Panel for XWidget

Special 3d widget in two styles:

- Normal widget

- Open/close Window

Right click for the available options.

Click on:

- "More Info" to open the weather details

- "Update" to update weather

- "Stats" to open Task Manager

Mouse over each progressbar/temperature to show the tooltip (high/low temp)
