Dell Technologies End User License Agreement
The Dell Technologies End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the following Dell and Dell EMC-branded offerings: (1) application software that is delivered on a Dell client system (such as a Dell laptop, desktop or tablet) that performs specialized data processing tasks; (2) system software included with a Dell client system that provides basic hardware functionality and platforms for applications to run (such as firmware and BIOS).
