What is the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship?

 

The Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship features five stages where eligible Call of Duty: Mobile players initially compete in ranked mode to earn in-game rewards and a share of the cash prize pool in the later stages.

 

Participants will begin Open Solo Qualifier playing solo Ranked Multiplayer matches in an effort to earn points and qualify for Open Team Qualifier. In Open Team Qualifier, qualified players will team up and play a series of Ranked Multiplayer matches in order to place in the top 128 teams on the regional leaderboard.  From Open Season & Open Finals and onwards, players will team up and compete in elimination style tournaments hosted out of game. 

 

The Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship culminates in the grand finale – The World Championship Finals.

 

 

What can I win for participating in the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship?

 

Players have a chance to win exclusive rewards for participating in in-game stages. And, of course, players who participate in the Challenge Season & Challenge Finals Regional Playoffs and World Championship Finals World Championship Finals have a chance to win a share of the cash prize pool.

How do I register to participate in the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship?

 

You can access the registration page by tapping on the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship button from the Home Page or Multiplayer and Ranked Play lobbies.

 

Important! Once you officially register for a weekend, all of your Ranked matches will begin counting toward your Open Solo Qualifier qualification. This allows you to tune up playing Ranked matches during tournament weekends before starting matches that count.

 

The following eligibility requirements apply:

 

  • Players must be at least Level 10.

  • Players must be at least 18 years old.

  • Players must be part of an eligible region to participate.

How do the different Stages work?

 

Open Solo Qualifier: Solo Play 

 

Open Call of Duty: Mobile, look for the World Championship 2024 button in the multiplayer lobby or the ranked lobby, accept the official rules, and sign up for the World Championship 2024 to start earning tournament points! The higher your current rank, the more individual points per win you get when playing ranked multiplayer matches.

 

Earn 50 points to advance to Open Team Qualifier: Team Play and get closer to qualifying for a chance to win a share of the cash prize in later stages!



Open Team Qualifier: Team Play 

 

All eligible players who have earned 60 points during one of the eligible weekends of Open Solo Qualifier will qualify for Open Team Qualifier and will be notified via an in-game inbox message. It is up to each eligible player to create or join a team of 5 or 6 players who have qualified for Open Team Qualifier. 

 

Your team will then play up to 30 Ranked matches, and each win will yield points based on your team's average player rank. As a team, place top 128 in select regions to advance to Open Season & Open Finals of the World Championship 2024

Can I play in the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship using a tablet?

 

Tablets such as iPads are allowed for the Open Qualifier, Open Team Qualifier, and Open Season & Open Finals. However, Challenge Season & Challenge Finals and World Championship Finals will require players to only play on a phone of approved screen size. Specific details on eligible devices for each stage of the tournament and other details will be announced in the future.

 

 

Can I use a controller or other external equipment?

 

The use of controllers or any other external equipment is strictly prohibited in all stages of the World Championship. Players attempting to have any external devices interact with their game will be disqualified completely from all Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2024 tournaments.

One of my matches didn’t count correctly. Can I still get the points?

 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change match results. Be sure you’re playing each match to its completion. Do not back out early.

 

Please note: Rank protection does not apply to this tournament. During rank protection, the amount of points earned per match will align to the ranked tier below your displayed ranked tier. 

For example, if your displayed rank tier is Master 1 but your ranked XP corresponds to the Pro V tier, you will receive points allotted for each win at Pro rank. 

 

 

 

How do I report a player?

 

If you want to report a player you suspect was cheating, you will need to provide the following:

 

  1. Your Player ID

  2. A link to a video that shows the player cheating

 

Please note: We will not review submissions that do not include video evidence.
