Audeze offers a 30-day return policy at no extra charge, for customers in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), and Canada. The customer is responsible for paying the return freight to Audeze using a shipping method with tracking numbers. Buy your Audeze headphones today and in the unlikely event you want to return them, do so within 30 days.

To make a return, email support@audeze.com, and supply your product's serial number and a brief reason for return. We'll process the return request and send you an RMA number and shipping instructions as soon as possible.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on ALL orders of new, direct-sale products including cables and accessories, to customers in the USA; including Hawaii and Alaska. If you purchase from outside the USA, your warranty service, if needed, must be done in the USA.

Customs and Tax:

If you are purchasing products in a country where there may be customs charges, taxes and other surcharges, please contact your local agency to get an accurate estimate of these charges. Any customs charges, import duties or surcharges will be assessed upon entry to your country and are your responsibility to pay.

Shipping and Delivery Details:

In order to protect your purchase, there will be a signature required for delivery on all headphones.

Please provide your full street address. We are not able to fulfill orders that have P.O. Box addresses.

We make every effort to provide the most accurate information, but mistakes do occur, and we reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. Discounts or coupons offered are applied once per order, and cannot be "stacked" for additional discounts. If you have ordered an item that is subject to a price increase, we may hold your order and inform you of the increase.

Availability:

The availability information presented on our site is the most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. We generally ship in-stock products within two to five business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received, but unanticipated delays can occur. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

 

Warranty:

All our products are brand new and come with full manufacturer's warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return defective items to us within 30 days for repair, replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. IMPORTANT: It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
