Samsung TV Plus is coming to more Galaxy smartphones. Beginning this week, the free TV service is rolling out to all three Samsung foldables – the Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and the Galaxy Z Flip – as well as the Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 9, and select Galaxy A series handsets.

Samsung has updated the list of supported devices recently so it shows the most up to date list on its website. Which matches the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store listings of the Samsung TV Plus app revealing that the Galaxy A51, Galaxy A51 5G, and Galaxy A71 5G are the three Galaxy A series phones gaining support for the app. The rugged Galaxy Xcover Pro is also on the list.

Samsung TV Plus is already available on the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 20, and Galaxy Note 10 series devices. With the latest addition, the company has brought the free TV service to just about every recent Galaxy flagship and mid-range Galaxy smartphone.

Samsung TV Plus is a free TV service for the company’s Smart TV users. Available on all Samsung Smart TVs launched in 2016 or later, it offers a selection of over 150 channels, giving users free access to thousands of shows ranging from documentaries to news, entertainment, and more.

This ad-supported video streaming service also offers both live and on-demand movies and shows. From bingeable TV shows like Kitchen Nightmares to Lifestyle channels like Bon Appétit and Americas Test Kitchen, you get them all for free. Samsung TV Plus also boasts several kids and science channels. You can find the full list of channels here.

This vast catalog of free content is what sets Samsung’s Smart TV lineups apart from the competition. And the Korean giant is constantly improving the service. Last month, it added ABC News Live to its roster of free channels.

In September, the company started rolling out a smartphone app for Samsung TV Plus. Initially available only on its most recent Galaxy S and Galaxy Note flagships, the app is now available on more Galaxy smartphones, including some mid-range models as well.

This addition comes just ahead of the Thanksgiving holidays later this week. If you own one of the compatible Galaxy smartphones, you have plenty of content to watch during the holidays at no additional cost. You can access the full catalog of free channels on the app.

The Samsung TV Plus smartphone app is currently only available in the US. You can download the app from the Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store.
