I haven’t received the product. As per RoyalMail it was delivered. Orzly support email isn’t responding to my emails pm this matter. I am not happy with the experience as a customer and I don’t recommend them to anyone. I lost money and I regret it.

Edit: Problem has been solved and they confirmed that a replacement was sent to me.

My order was delayed a little due to current situation, but nothing major and was delivered as per estimated time scale. My item arrived today, with a couple if surprise gifts and a lovely note, which was lovely. Orzly obviously care about their customers and this little touch means that i will be a regular customer, its these little touches that win companies repeat business.

Purchased an Nintendo Switch Hard Carry Case for my son for Christmas, with the intention of using it on a holiday to Florida. Wanted a carry case which also protected the switch due to the nature of the holiday and travelling but was so disappointed that within the first week of the holiday the strap broke followed by the zipper. My son was so upset as he was no longer able to take his switch about with him due to the insecurity of the case. He had only been using it for about a month. I got in contact with Orzly and sent over photos and explained and they simply came back with it was down to wear and tear! When I went back to them quoting their own product description "Hardwearing & ergonomic hand strap", "Designed with longevity in mind" & "Super strong zipper will keep the contents safe & secure" they simply replied saying they had referred it to their quality control team who concurred the damage was from wear and tear. Astonished with the reply after so little use and the boasting on longevity and Hardwearing product. Complete waste of money!

I've been using Orzly products for over a year now and I have to say that is my first option when it comes to gaming accessories, I'm a Nintendo Switch user and I use the joy-con/pro-controller charger and all my current Orzly cases on a daily basis. They prices are very accessible, their website super easy to use and shipping is very reliable. I can't recommend them enough!

Never delivered any product. It's possible the shipping company lost it but Orzly didn't lift a finger either way so today they have my money but I have nothing. They're either scammers or an unserious business. None of which I would even remotely recommend.

From day one, Orzly Fusion Bumper has been protecting my mobile and that is over 4 years. It has fallen numerous times and I didn't notice any problems with the phone.
Special thanks to Matti & Scott for being so professional and also kind and friendly with the customers.
It is so cool to receive a personal message and some extras beside the order.
My mobile looks brand new with the Orzly case.
Definitely my future phone will be protected by Orzly!

Great fit & design. Very easy to use. Perfect substitute for the "claw" that hasn't seen a UK release.
Only knocked down a star because it's not smooth and has a tiny nick out of the plastic around the controller charger port. This is me being extremely picky though. Fast delivery, especially during this Covid19. Emailed from supplier as my order was received to thank me and offer help etc. Highly recommended.

My second order from orzly. Ordered two screen protectors for Nintendo Switch. Quality is excellent. Because of Covid there was a delay in delivery, but Scott from orzly team included a nice letter with apologies, two stylus pens and ring stand free of charge! Great customer service, thank you!

Got myself Nintendo OLED screen protector pack and special case.

Delivery - hassle-free and the items were delivered in pristine condition, packaging was excellent considering the fact that it was imported.

Products:
Nintendo OLED screen protector: Got a pack of 4 guards. The application of the screen guard is easy as advertised. Been 2+ months now since I applied it and it is still going strong since.

The special OLED carry case (red/blue variant): The switch (even with a 3rd party silicone external hard cover) fits easily within the case. The make is excellent and sturdy.

All in all, I would say go for it, and thank you Orzly for excellent products and delivery

Easy to order, quick delivery. Unfortunately the Nintendo switch VR isn't really a VR, even with the right games. Son was a bit disappointed as it's just the same as playing a game with goggles on.

I wanted a case that would securely fit and protect my stadia controller or sometimes my PS4 controller if ever I am travelling and want to take one with me to my holiday destination or a friend's house. This Orzly case is indeed perfect. You need look no further than choosing to buy this one. I got it for a great price, it's well made and I'm totally happy with it. I'd been watching Amazon, but ended up going directly through the manufacturer for peace of mind. The ordered case is as described and its colour is a perfect match to the recent blue Switch Lite model.

Quick dispatch, arrived well-packaged. Would buy from Orzly again! :)

Had a small crack when arrived and I rated accordingly.
Customer support reached out and demanded I be issued a full refund. Very generous on fixing a problem, for this I'll definitely consider a purchase from Orzly again in the future! I commend Orzly for giving reaching out and remedying the issue. Thank You!!!

company took over a month to send me tracking. by that time i canceled the order and got the tracking number after paypal issued the refund. the tracking pointed to a nonexistent item that never came. its a shame though i have one of these kits for my daughter works great but i wanted to get one for my sons birthday. good project very poor management.

This is a lovely controller case, equal in quality to the ones that come with the Xbox One Elite controllers (I have 2).

I purchased this for a Wii Pro controller that I’ve had for years but hardly used! The case is sturdy and well made, the internal compartment is also felt lined.

Never had an Orzly product before, but will definitely buy more in the future.

Recently purchased 2 more for the Playstation 5 Dual Sense controllers. Excellent product.

Inquiry about available colours for Switch Lite cases was answered within hours, ordered two cases that arrived very quickly, customer support even checked back afterwards to see if everything was alright. Would recommend!

A company that listens to its customers! We placed an order for a headset which we thought had been lost in the post. Orzly issued a further set without charge and when the original headset finally arrived after 4 months, Orzly offered these as a goodwill gesture. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ordered the orzly switch lite case just after Christmas, arrived quickly within a week even during a pandemic! The case is very ergonomically good and has definitely helped with hand cramps, feels very sturdy so not worried about dropping it either
