Entities are living things inside the Knowledge Bases with different attribute-value pairs, which means that their identity changes with other types of associations. The optimization and control of identity shifts and changes in knowledge bases based on document statistics is known as entity identity management. Document statistics represent the entity values and their definitions with certain types of linguistic statistics, such as statements, declarations, or dense, that are retrieved from content items.

When it comes to choosing an EMD for your business or website, there are several factors you should consider including keyword relevancy and competition level among other things. You want to make sure you choose keywords that accurately reflect what your business offers so people searching those terms will find exactly what they need when visiting your site; this is especially important if you plan on using pay per click advertising as well because having relevant keywords within your ad copy can lead to better conversions rates from potential customers who clicked through from those ads specifically looking for something related to those words used in the ad itself. Additionally, considering how much competition exists around certain keywords is essential too since it could mean investing time and money into optimizing a particular keyword phrase only leads nowhere due solely high levels of existing competition already ranking at top positions making it difficult or impossible even after lots of optimization efforts done over long periods of time trying to get rank above them all which makes no sense whatsoever.

E-A-V is a different triple model from Subject-Predicate-Object. In other words, EAV Model brings a new understanding to the entity-related SEO practices. It states that attributes are key for ontology construction and values of attributes are important to get the accuracy and quality of a document, while satisfying the Information Retrieval (IR) Systems. The relevance of a document is seen with term retrieval, probabilistic term distribution, co-occurrence metrics, and sequence modeling in Natural Language Modeling that involves Query-Term Retrieval. The E-A-V brings a new challenge for SEO for including the correct attribute with accurate information and value in the document which helps for relevance further.

In other words, the terms do not appear in the queries, and search terms might increase the value of a document thanks to contextually related attributes, their definition, and connected other ontology components. For example, a document that is about Abraham Lincoln might have many attributes such as "human", "person", "politician", "biography", "political ideas", "votes for acts", "speeches", "quotes", "spouse", "children", but only some of these are to define the entity in the best way. A document that mentions the "assassination" might be outranked easily a document that focuses on "political career" based on the query-processing model of the search engine. If the query "Abraham Lincoln" is interpreted with "Who", it is inefficient for relevance to define the entity with "assassination". The "attribute set" and "values" for Entities are stored, changed, updated, connected.

The entity, Attribute, Value (EAV) Architecture for SEO involves different types of entities, their attributes, and values within the data model to encode a space-efficient knowledge base. Knowledge representation includes different types of methodologies such as semantic networks, frames, and production rules. The entity, Attribute, Value (EAV) model is to provide a better knowledge representation for different topics and applications. EAV is called an object-attribute-value model, a vertical database, and lastly, an “open schema”.

Choosing the right attributes with accurate values from text involves different types of attribute prioritization to provide better contextual relevance, and to specify for the search engine. Deciding the right attributes, or prominent-popular-relevant attributes, for question generation and answer pairing helps a search engine process the text and meaning that can come from content.

In this SEO Case Study, attribute types, and their prominence for providing a better semantic content network, along with context flow, are explained via a real-world SEO success that comes from a training and “document template” creation based on the “query-intent” templates.

The same case study explained concepts within the scope of Semantic SEO, such as Topical Borders, Topical Coverage, Topical Maps, and Historical Data.

All these concepts proved that Topical Authority is a reality, and many concepts such as RankMerge and Knowledge-based Trust, and Contextual Search Engines are integrated into the ranking systems of Popular Search Engines.

To further deepen and explain the Topical Authority concept, Semantic Content Networks, Quality Thresholds, Topical Borders, Topical Gaps, Topical Prioritization, Contextual Vectors, Contextual Coverage, Contextual Layers, and Hierarchy, Cross-lingual Information Retrieval, Contextual Domains, Semantic SEO Introduction, Broad Index Refresh, Topical Consolidation, Initial Ranking, Re-ranking Used, Ranking Signal Consolidation in SEO Case Studies explain the concepts of Selection Satisfaction, Search Engine Trust, Author Authority and Rank, Context Sharpening, and Signalling. To deepen the Semantic SEO with Multilingual SEO and Multiregional SEO, guides are written because Semantic SEO is language-agnostic, but it works differently for Cross-lingual Information Retrieval.

The latest research to explain the concept of Topical Authority, Lexical Relations, and Lexicosemantics for SEO, is the most controlled and rich case study published in SEO history, with 26 sample full-scale SEO studies, and open search console data. Later, I published articles for specific industries by using semantics and Holistic SEO approach such as B2B SEO Guide.

To extend the concept of Topical Authority and make it fully usable by SEOs, the concepts that will be unveiled today are “Source Context, Brand Identity, and Contextual Bridges”.

It gauges a person's or an organization's level of trustworthiness and credibility within a specific sector or industry. What is Topical Authority?

A individual or organization's competence or understanding on a certain topic or issue is referred to as topical authority. It gauges a person's or an organization's level of trustworthiness and credibility within a specific sector or industry. Topical authority in the context of search engines can play a significant role in affecting how highly a website appears in search results for a specific topic. For instance, a website that is regarded as the foremost authority on a given subject may appear higher in search results for that subject than a website that is less knowledgeable about the subject.

    Why is topical authority important?

Topical authority is significant since it contributes to the development of credibility and dependability. People are more likely to trust and rely on sources that are regarded as authoritative on a given topic when they are looking for information about it. Therefore, having topical authority can aid in boosting website traffic, positioning a business as a thought leader in its sector, and luring potential clients or customers.

Topical authority is crucial in the context of search engines since it can raise a website's placement in search results for a specific topic. This is so because algorithms are used by search engines to evaluate the quality and relevancy of a website's content in light of a particular search query. Due to its reputation as a dependable and trustworthy source of information on the subject, a website that is regarded as the leading authority on a given subject is more likely to appear higher in search results for that subject.

In general, topical authority is crucial because it contributes to the development of credibility, reliability, and knowledge, all of which can be advantageous for both people and organizations.

In this video, we'll be exploring how to convince a search engine to change the meaning of a query. We'll be looking at two separate cases where the search engine changed the meaning of a query, and how we were able to convince the search engine to change its mind.

    What is Query Semantics?

Query Semantics focus on the meaning of a search query for Information Retrieval to increase the overall relevance and responsiveness of the information on the web page to the query.

Query semantics is different from the lexical semantics. Lexical semantics have different meaningful connections than the query semantics. Query semantics change the meaning of the specific words in the query to annotate the context of the query better.

For example, the search query "What is a Soda?" is related and similar to "What is a Pop Drink?". Technically, "Soda" and "Pop Drink" are different from each other in the lexical, but in query semantics, they represent the substitute query.

    Why is Query Semantics Important?

Query Semantics help search engines to understand the similarities between the words, and how search language differs from the natural language. Lexical semantics is leveraged by the natural language that is used in daily life while query semantics is leveraged by the search query language as stated in Cranfield Experiments for Information Retrieval Systems.

What are the Lexical Relations for Query Semantics?

Lexical relations involve hypernyms, hyponyms, meronymy, homonyms, antonyms, synonyms for creating a hierarchical and part-whole relations between concepts. Lexical relations are important for creating the same query network connections between the search query terms so that search engines can organize the information need of the web search engine users.

We'll use a semantic SEO case study to explore how to use these principles to improve a website's ranking in Google. By the end of this video, you'll have a better understanding of how to use lexical semantics and lexical relations to improve your SEO campaign.

    What is Lexical Semantics?

Lexical Semantics involves lexical relations between words such as hypernym, hyponym, holonym, meronymy, synonym, antonym, polysemy, homonymy. The lexical semantics help search engines, and Natural Language Processing to understand natural language. Study of lexical semantics involve classification, and decomposition of lexical units inside the sentences. Lexicosemantics is part of universal linguistics for every language.

Lexical Semantics and relations are used in semantic SEO to express the connections between words, sentence discourse, overall topicality of a document for better relevance and responsiveness. The Lexical Semantics involve syntax and free, bound morphemes in semantic fields to show word and concept boundaries.

Why is Lexical Relation Important for Search Engine Optimization?

Lexical Relations are important for Search Engine Optimization because Search Engines use lexical relations for constructing an information graph while processing the query search terms. Lexical semantics and Query Semantics are bound to each other to understand and match the context of query to the context of the document.

Matching search terms to the document terms is fundamental of Information Retrieval, but semantic and contextual search engines match the meaning that derives from the context of the search session to the document purpose. To increase the click satisfaction, and improve click satisfaction rate, contextual search engines use lexical semantics to re-write search queries of users, and cluster web documents for indexing, and ranking.

This video teaches you how to use lexical semantics and lexical relations to improve your SEO campaign.

The questions that are answered in the "Keyword Difficulty SEO Case Study" video are below.

    - Can a small website take traffic from global authorities?
    - Can a small Topical Map be good enough to take traffic from big websites?
    - How to outrank the main authoritative sources and websites?
    - How to create E-A-T Signals with authoritative and algorithmic authorship?
    - Why is keyword difficulty a misleading metric?
    - What should be used instead of keyword difficulty?

Definition of Keyword Difficulty: Keyword difficulty is a metric from Ahrefs and SEMrush used to describe the ranking possibilities for a specific web page.
Definition of Ranking Difficulty: The ranking difficulty is another name for the keyword difficulty with a broader aspect. Rather than focusing on a specific keyword, it focuses on broader aspects.

Why is Keyword Difficulty a Misleading Metric? Keyword Difficulty is a misleading factor because it doesn't provide search engine understanding, or search engine communication. Since semantics and semantic SEO are more important for overall rankings and authority signals, it is hard to show a keyword difficulty metric. The better option is Quality Threshold.

What is Quality Threshold? The quality threshold involves a quality score to be exceeded for being ranked for certain queries in the main index, rather than a supplemental index. Being served and being indexed are not the same thing.

What is Relevance Threshold? The relevance threshold and quality threshold are not the same things. A web page can exceed the relevance score, but it might not be quality at all. The relevance threshold should be exceeded to be a candidate; the quality threshold should be exceeded to be a representative web page for the other candidates.

A seasonal SEO event is used for 350% organic click increase over a year as an SEO strategy with semantics and search engine understanding.

    What is Search Engine Trust?

Search Engine Trust involves the reliability of a web entity in the eyes of a search engine for giving information, and helping the web search engine users to perform their search intent. The search engine trust is a concept used by Bill Slawski, and Shaun Anderson to express the trust systems of Google. Google has algorithmic collections to understand the E-A-T of a source. Links, mentions, grammar, accuracy, and historical feedbacks for the source are some of the main components of E-A-T related algorithms' input. Output of E-A-T algorithms is a representation of trust of search engine for ranking the source higher.

How does a Search Engine trust a website, or a declaration?

According to John Mueller, the spokesperson of Google search engine, it takes long time for Google algorithms to trust a website for a topic. It requires continuous and long-term tests, and positive feedbacks from the users. If a website loses the trust of the search engine by performing any kinds of web spam, or presenting wrong information, Google systems demote the website gradually, and during the Broad Core Algorithm Updates (BCAU), demotion becomes stronger.

Why does a search engine need to rank sources according to trust?

Embarrassment Factor means that a search engine may be shamed due to its results. Result consists of web pages. Any web page with a wrong, and ridiculous answer harms the trust of the users to the search engine. Thus, search engines reflect their trust on the web sources, and entities so that search engine's users continue to trust itself.

Entity-oriented SEO focuses on entities rather than keywords while explaining, defining, connecting the entities to each other under certain contexts by providing responsive and accurate information. Semantic Search Engines index and rank web pages according to their entities, predicates, and attributes to demonstrate their relevance to each other, and search query by increasing click satisfaction on the SERP. The Entity-oriented Search relies on Sergey Brins and Larry Page's Google Search Engine design. Sergey Brin patented the first entity-oriented search design in 1999 with the title of "Extracting Patterns and Relations from Scattered Databases such as the World Wide Web".

The World Wide Web involves a scattered database with structured and unstructured data. A semantic search engine parses the queries, and evaluate the text of the documents with natural language understanding and processing techniques such as using Neural Networks and Machine Learning algorithms to organize the information on the WEB with a higher accuracy.

Google Author Rank is a concept to explain how and why the Google perceives the authors for ranking algorithms. Google Author Rank is announced by Google in their research papers to explain the authorship concept. Google Authorship had been used with different Google Products such as Google Knol, Google Sidewiki, Google Answers, Google Plus, Google Talk, Google Groups and more. Google author rank is explained in this video for showing how the Google improves their understanding for the authors since the 2005. Google explained many aspects of authorship such as author's writing style, author's official website, author's official social media accounts, author's relevance to a topic. Having real-world domain experts for explaining a topic is always an advantage for the content quality. But, it is also important for the corroboration of the web answers. Corroboration of the web answers represent how the search engine understands the specific types of answers, use them as the facts and the truths. Having grammar errors, information errors, and reputation flaws for an author are harmful states for the overall authority of the author. A bad website with a good author can balance to each other's overall end quality score. Thus, using important person names, and their talents for the Google Authorship is prominent.

Entity Attribute Value (EAV) is a data structure that leverages knowledge bases for defining things, extracting information, and classifying entities. EAV is used in Information Retrieval Systems for understanding semi-structured or unstructured text. Search Engine Optimization leverages E-A-V structure to understand Semantics of Search Engines for optimizing web sources.

How does E-A-V Help to SEO?

A knowledge base can have thousands of relation types with billions of entities, and trillions of facts. A semantic network can be created from any real-world existence with mutual features such as weight, size, type, smell, or color. Using semantic search engine optimization, you make words in your content more meaningful. Rather than just responding to a query, you must optimize for your users' true intent. After answering the first question, you need to answer the second, third, fourth, and fifth questions directly afterward.

Semantic SEO is the process of optimizing a website to create a Semantic Network that contains the internet of things. Every website can have a different semantic network design. Every semantic network design can be broken, hyperstructures, or unclear. Thus, creating the connections and the definitions with important attributes is a must.

A search engine can use different types of selection criteria, or different types of text processing methodologies according to the owner of the website. Semantic SEO Case Studies show how to arrange a semantic network, and the internet of things to have a better trust from the search engine side.

A search engine might wait until the source shows its difference from the others. A semantic search engine expands the queries, rewrites the search sessions to give them a better meaning.

A semantic search engine focus on Question and Answer pairing along with the generation. A semantic search engine optimization SEO Case Study has to generate questions and textual data for satisfaction.

Even if a website is an E-commerce website, still, semantic SEO will show its benefits and value. E-commerce web pages can have different types of web page layouts, and even product grids. A search engine can use BERT-like algorithms to give the cells and the rows different meanings. Such as, the VIPS algorithm can be used to give more meaning to the specific web page layout elements. Or, a candida passage answer locator and position scorer can be used. Inferring the visual elements, and alignments of the visually distinct web page content components with separate code entities can signal the sentence structures between the entities and their attributes.

While writing this guide for this SEO case study with four different SEO projects, I have tried to keep things simple as much as possible. And I have told everything with complete honesty. If you can endure long theoric articles with a deep analytical analysis for SEO, I recommend you read the article that I recommended in the beginning that explains more than 40 different lesser-known SEO terms to understand everything behind this methodology.

As you have seen, in order to focus on an initial, rapid gain in traffic, I neglected a lot of SEO improvements for these sites. Working on these different technical SEO elements that you have seen in screenshots throughout the article will also improve traffic even more, but I wanted to be able to clearly show you the effects of semantic SEO alone.

Thanks to deep learning and machine learning, semantic SEO will soon become a more popular strategy. And I believe that technical SEO and branding will give more power to the SEOs who give value to the theoretical side of SEO and who try to protect their holistic approach.

See you in the future SEO case studies and experiments.
