Description
Updates mods to their latest versions on the Oxygen Not Included Workshop, if they do not automatically update due to caching in the Workshop content distribution network. Handles most situations of outdated mods being served, even those not fixed by resubscribing to the mod, clearing the Steam download cache, or wiping the local mod files.

Mods which are "up to date" according to this mod may still crash if the mod owner has not updated their mod to work with the latest versions of Oxygen Not Included or Oxygen Not Included: Spaced Out!



Features
  • Fixes several bugs that prevent proper mod updates, so most mods will now automatically update to the correct versions once the game reaches the main menu.
  • Shows the last update date of each mod, and which mods are outdated compared to their current versions on the Steam Workshop.
  • Adds warning text on the Main Menu if mods are out of date.
  • Preserves most mod options during the update process. (For other modders: Configuration files of type txt, json, or xml from the mod directory under 100KB will be restored, if the mod upload does not contain a file of the same name)
  • All outdated mods can be updated at once with the Update All button found at the bottom of the Mods dialog (only visible if at least one mod is outdated).
  • Does not work if Oxygen Not Included was purchased from the Epic Games Store or WeGame Store.

No support for the CS-469300 previous version or public testing releases.

What is the difference between this mod and Mod Manager // by @Ony ?
I want to install a LOT of mods and i don"t want to struggle with updates later on.

I'm aware that the mod author does not read the comments here, but in case anyone has the same issue:
My Steam client was freezing or responding extremely, extremely slow with this mod. It was fixed as soon as I unsubscribed and restarted everything.

This mod continuously says I need to restart the game because of an update, then it says there is insufficient storage on my device. This is obviously some kind of glitch that needs remedying.

I got it to work: 1) Unsub the mod from workshop, 2) start the game and wait for the game to tell you it was uninstalled, and then close the game, 3) resub to the mod, 4) start the game, and then enable the mod, 4) restart game, and the mod will work :)

Might be a weird bug to report but, if you forget to disable this mod in an EPIC version of the game, the game crashes:
