I lucked out without having to start a second playthrough to get any missing achievements.
Finished the entirely 100% on very hard (the mode I recommend everyone to play.. or at least on hard).
All achievements unlocked- 144 hour playthrough.

I love the game.. but it feels unfinished in several areas, but if you're capable of overlooking these issues it's an enjoyable experience even though it gets a little repetitive with all the ncpd scanner sites to knock out throughout the map.

I came across a lot of bugs.. a lot of them through my endless hours devoted to finishing this game. Most were minor that could be fixed with a quick save/reload but some were much worse- one leading to a game breaking bug that cost me an hour reverting to an older save, a few crashes to desktop.. (I learned a few interesting bugs to exploit.. like invincibility) none of the bugs really ruined my experience of the game that much (looking back at other games I've played it pales in comparison but some will be memorable going forward.)

Finished all the endings.. loved how in-depth some of them were.. some more than others. Kinda hope the expansions build onto them to some degree or offer something else entirely.

It's more or less exactly what I expecting when I first started the game, and I don't regret the time I invested into this game. CDPR did a good job with what they had, and it could have been so much more if they made better choices- but that's life nothing ever goes to plan.
