I just bought this game and after 30min of waiting in online mode, I realized I needed a steam friend to just join me. Anyone wants to play it with me?

I'm playing ibb and obb for the first time with my friend who has already played it before. He shared a screenshot of his leaderboard and we noticed that our colours don't match up with the colours of the friend he played with before. Does anyone know what the colours represent? He and I have the first two blue, then three yellow and one green, while the other friend has three blue and three green....
