I'll eat my hat if this game ever gets patched. The game failed financially. No one bought it. Atari's not going to bankroll any development or fixes. What a joke. Another Jeff Minter failure.

Just thought I'd start a thread about this game on the Deck as I cannot get it to run. I can get to a white popup to select various resolutions and frame rate, but whether I choose 1280x800 or 1280x720. it fails to start. I'll keep messing with it. Any ideas?...

I'm not sure what's going on. Bought the game during a sale, and when I went to play, the game runs so fast I die in a matter of seconds. Controllers, mice, I use it, same result. Anyone have a solution?

Just noticed that the game now launches and plays correctly using Proton 9.0 beta on Steam Deck (and looks fantastic with OLED) - there's just no music unfortunately.

Used to play this all the time without any issue. Now, the game inexplicably crashes immediately after the Atari intro. What the heck happened? I've tried doing a file check. Nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. _____ Edit: The game is fine. I have a broken LB button, which is also the game's exit button. Sorry for wasting everyone's time since December!...
