This game captivated me from many perspectives such as:
- A well done story
- A very good graphic
- And an overall good gameplay.

Metro: Last Light is my favorite piece of the whole trilogy.


I felt like I was playing a nowadays AAA game. The graphics are stunning for the year it was made in and the atmosphere is amazing. I never felt so scared in a game that is not horror as main genre.

The whole Metro consumes you with this awesome soundtrack and the story telling. You also get 2 endings, it all depends on your choices through out the game, every minor choice and every minor detail is important in this game.

The difficulty system is great too. So casual players and also players that like challenge can get what they really want. The action is great, monsters are very well designed and some of them pretty annoyed me for playthroughs (I have phobia of spiders).

the AI of the soldiers is not that bad either if we compare it to new games. We can play it 2 ways, either "if its hostile, you kill it" or stealth, both feel great but stealth in this game is just too satisfying.

are there any cons? Well, there might be one, that it ends.


I recommend the whole metro trilogy to everyone, who love story telling games and pretty good action and of course stealth!

If you get a chance, try reading the books, Metro 2033 is completely inspired by the book, Last Light shares only few things with the book and Exodus is happening after the Metro 2035 book.
