Why in the hell am I able to buy both of the controllers as a pair, but I can't buy a single one??? If I end up breaking the same controller then what the hell am I supposed to use, THE TWO LEFT HANDED CONTROLLERS???

I think its scandalous that Valve dont make replacement controllers available when they know for a fact that their thumbsticks fail often and repeatedly. Been observing the store for over 3 months now. I have a VR youtube channel. Its dying. My next video is the hate that its festering in my soul for Valve to completely neglect existing customers experiencing failures. Its totally unnacceptable....

The fact that you can't send controllers in for even what should be a simple repair if they are out of warranty, even if you are willing to pay for the service, seems kinda scummy, just saying. These aren't cheap controllers and they are always out of stock too. My opinion of Steam dropped a fair bit because of this. Very disappointed. :(...

Stop pushing people to sketchy eBay listings and just let me buy an individual controller for christ's sake.
