when is the 1.03 update coming?

I got everything to collect at Togges Palace and at Harv, but the achievements for them don't pop. On that not, I did get the achievement for Medieval Moon but it popped late, when I played the next day. Any reason for this? EDIT: I now have all collectibles, and it even gave me the achievement for that, but it won't give the the achievements for collecting all seeds and everything in every world. What the heck? I genuinely do not see how these are possible and I've spent way, way too long trying alternate brute-force solutions that are clearly not intended... and the only video walkthrough I've been able to find also uses brute-force solutions that are clearly not intended. Whatever the game was supposed to teach me about these blue blocks, it's clear it didn't, and I need an answer because there's no way I'm ever going to solve this myself at this point. anyone knows how to unlock the oasis this one I am completely stumped. Might figure out eventually but so far no clue

Are the water geysers supposed to also lift blue togges? If so, I can't seem to get it to happen. If not, then I'm a bit stumped on the blue temple star door, as I can't see how to get the togges high enough.
