I'm seeing a lot of patches there. At one point it says in that page to "Install 64-bit Upgrade Patch, FarOut Widescreen, SilentPatch, then run X64 version and turn on V-Sync" for fixing heavy stuttering. Like, first part in the camp section where they want you to steal a ride. I get my ass handed to me like no other. I was staying back and here came the chopper and did me in. This is all on Easy also, lol.
