i just bought the game, is this an intended feature?, is it a bug?, or is something whrong with my pc... i have no aidea, plz help TwT

I have 200+ hours of total race time but it won't give me the Takumi and Bunta achievements. Anyone know a fix?

it seems i can only unlock 1 achievement at a time. i have to close the game and relaunch to be able to unlock another achievement. and repeat
