Really enjoyed this in early access, though I found the gameplay loop to be incredibly monotonous after 15 hour or so. I figured it would have been addressed by this point now that it's in full release so I tried it again but no, it's actually worse now. Now it takes longer to actually become a landlord, which is odd considering that's what the game is supposedly about. Instead of hopping right into the game with your first tenant, you have to install utilities. Install electricity, install heating, install this, install that. They seem to have made you unable to use the first property, the trailer home. You could get your first tenant in probably about 5 minutes during early access, but now? I played twenty minutes and the game still hadn't "started". After those twenty minutes I decided to uninstall.

this game used to be fun, i followed it from the very beginning, threw in ideas in developers' posts, pointed out bugs, i really liked it and wished them the best. And then they introduced stupid steps - why do I have to install sockets before i decide the layout of the house? Why can't we build up the walls first, decide where the bedrooms will be or bathrooms? Why the sockets to begin with? There were none at the beginning, not only do they look ugly, they also take space on the walls in already very limited space to work with. This game used to be great to relax to - a great spot for people who enjoy building and decorating in games, but then they decided to make it tidious, and when i pointed it out as a bad idea, the dev basically waved me goodbye.
I stomached my pride and wanted to see the polished game today, it's frustrating and exhausting. what a shame
