Shipping generally costs around £29 for one Secretlab chair or Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk. The final shipping cost depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We also offer discounted or free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep a lookout for them!
If you want your order to be assembled on-site, you can purchase our assembly service, available in select locations in the United Kingdom, for another £39 per chair/£59 per desk.* Technicians will assemble your order upon delivery.

We ship to residential or commercial addresses in the United Kingdom, but are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to the courier service directly after placing your order.
Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed. Thereafter, the estimated delivery periods will depend on your shipping option.
Standard shipping:
Delivered within 1-3 working days for England/Scotland/Wales and 2-7 working days for rest of the Country.
Priority Shipping:
As above but with priotized order processing to get your order ready for courier pickup within the day/by next working day.
