NVTR - New Vision Timecycle Remake
Hello, I present to your attention my modification, which changes the color scheme, weather conditions and mood of the game. No ENB, no reshade, no fps drops, just timecycle files. This mod features a bright hot day, orange sunset, emerald twilight and much more. I also reworked the surface lighting, which makes the picture look more vibrant.
Installation:
You need to open "OpenIV" and drop files from folder in archive to
- Grand Theft Auto V - mods - update - update.rpf - common - data - timecycle
The modification goes well with:

You can use and distribute the timecycle configuration wherever you wish.

Good addition for someone who wants a graphics mod but a very simple one
does this need any graphics mod like visualv or something to make it more beautiful?
does it work with visualvanilla?

Artificial Ground (white) (yellow) or the (off)?

finally, someone edited timecycle files for this game to actually make an artistic change rather than remove it completely.
