gear quality needs to be going up, not going sideways at best. with that in mind I think I'll be able to pare down my gear to 1250 or less pretty easily.

What possible stats could those items have had, that would justify rolling all of those to 16? Especially the 5-star ones. Are you just rolling things to 16 for fun?

I'm using stoneskin on lots of my new sintranos builds. 5star ss with 3 good rolls was a keeper for a long long time. So it's mostly just the build up over time.
