    Wargaming would like to keep Wargaming resources safe and secure for the audience. Our policy explicitly prohibits any illegal content that could harm players or violate laws and regulations.

    OUR POLICIES ON CONTENT MODERATION

    End User License Agreement (Section 6 and 12) describes main policies on content moderation, including but not limited to restrictions and measures which could apply in case of a breach.

    TOOLS AND METHODS OF CONTENT MODERATION

    Wargaming uses different methods of content moderation, including algorithmic decision-making tools and human review.
    There are more than 60 specialists with knowledge of various languages in player support team who work with players’ requests on a daily basis. Some of the requests are reviewed by automated systems that could quickly identify if violation took place and apply relevant sanction.
    However, if the player, against whom sanction was enforced, disagrees, the player could appeal at any time here.

    HOW YOU CAN REPORT ILLEGAL CONTENT

    You can report illegal content you found on Wargaming resources through single point of contact here (DSA Point of Contact).
    You will receive an automated email about receipt containing a unique ticket number, if you have provided your e-mail contact. As soon as we consider your request submitted through the DSA Point of Contact, we will inform you on the final decision we have taken, providing that it falls under the scope of DSA.
    Wargaming team reviews all tickets received through this channel on a daily basis to ensure quick and proper reaction to each of the claim.

    HOW YOU CAN APPEAL AGAINST WARGAMING DECISION

    If you believe we have taken a wrong decision on your request, you can appeal against our decision by sending your reply in response to the e-mail with information about the final decision we have taken.
