Clear installation instructions for singleplayer platform and a simple instruction guide on how to use it in game (If applicable).
Credits or links for any 3D models and other necessary resources
Clear or high quality screenshots, and screenshot with dimensions at 16:9 or 2:1 (Phone, very low quality, or off topic screenshots or/and images will be rejected.)
