To be someone who likes or excels at doing something. I'll never be one for public speaking, that's for sure—my palms are sweating just thinking about it! My mom's a one to throw a fancy dinner party, but that gene skipped me for sure. I hate talking on the phone, so I'm not one for returning phone calls.
