@NJD2219 check dclist.xml, seems to be a problem on your end. I can equip all weapons just fine. All the trainer does it spawn the weapons, if the weapons are not in the game, what you describing is happening.
@Gogogirls4Life Bullshit, working just fine here. Been using this with contrtoller for years. And customization is possible as well. Before complaining, read the documentation, it is hardly rocket science.

@JRod there is search for weaponsautoload in ini, and set it to 1, it will load weapons in save slot 1 automatically at game start.

@yoshi-silva you need to figure this out, you are probably missing entries in dclist.xml.
@InfamousMW Because you forgot to add the lines of the new DLC back into dclist.xml in update.rpf in the mods folder.
@JAM102970 I am out of ideas, unless you have some mod interfering, it works fine over here. If snow=1 I get snow on game start.
