MyDaggerfallUnityScreenshotsPath missing default

Settings missing from defaults are discarded internally and will not persist if user changes them.
Added MyDaggerfallUnityScreenshotsPath to defaults.ini. Tested change and persists OK. Tested screenshots redirected to manual path OK.
