Are these files safe to delete?

My virus protection wants to clean up several files, and I just want to make sure they are safe to delete or not. Here a few of them.
The Sims 3\DCDache\dcdb2.ebc.temp
The Sims 3\DCCache\dcdb1.ebc.temp
The Sims 3\WorldCaches\Roaring Heights_objects.package There are quite a few of these but names of the different towns in the game. For example Monte Vista, Midnight Hollow, and so on. I have all these towns that are asked about.
The Sims 3\DCCache\dcdb16.ebc.temp There are quite a few of these files, but different numbers.
The Sims 3\DCBackup\ There are a whole lot of numbers and letters then .package There are several of these as well.
