Basic information

[edit]

WikiExperts say they were founded in 2010 by Alex Konanykhin. Domain shows up at Internet Archive December, 2010: "Everybody can change your Wikipedia profile. That’s why you should be able to monitor the articles that relate to your brand and products. WikiExperts handles this task for you, protecting your online reputation."

Community ban

[edit]

Owners, employees, contractors, etc. associated with WikiExperts were community banned 17 October 2013 here. The motive was largely based on the CEO's response to a Signpost op-ed in which the CEO said that the company would not abide by Wikipedia's Terms of Service by disclosing all (in fact, any) of the accounts they use.
