Minor edit violation

[edit]

Information icon Hi Tule-hog! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. (Affects edits pre-July 15 2024.)

BCDR

[edit]

Re the redirect, obviously two different meanings that apply to two different sets of people. May I suggest that we deal with this by a hatnote at the target page pointing to the other article by use of {{redirect}}? Mjroots (talk) 06:57, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'd guess railway engineers are all too familiar with BCDR! Added to the article đź‘Ť Tule-hog (talk) 07:11, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
