Your recent editing history at Voice of Reason (political party) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Thanks for this. The IP address belongs to the other user, who has now violated the three-revert rule. Am I allowed to bring it back to the previous version as no consensus has been reached? Michalis1994 (talk) 16:12, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No, you will get blocked for edit-warring if you do.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:13, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sure thing. Can you revert the article back to the previous version then until consensus is reached? Michalis1994 (talk) 16:14, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Of course not.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:14, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That's really cute Michalis1994 (talk) 16:25, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It should be noted that the IP address that just reverted the edit and mentioned my name in the edit description does not belong to me. Michalis1994 (talk) 16:39, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the note. I've reverted the IP's edit as vandalism and warned them. Here, for anyone's edification, the vandalism is the edit summary impersonating Michalis1994.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:53, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. Michalis1994 (talk) 16:59, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding [1], it's difficult to overstate how tenuous your situation is here. I strongly urge you not to continue edit warring in the article regardless of timing. VQuakr (talk) 18:09, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The cited information was removed, and no agreement has been reached. I don't intend to engage in an edit war, but there is no valid reason for any of the text in the article to be removed. I hope you understand my reasoning. Again, I am not edit-warring; I am considering reverting to a version from before the attempts to remove cited text without any explanation. Michalis1994 (talk) 18:37, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
...which would be edit warring and will almost certainly result in a progressively longer block of your account. VQuakr (talk) 18:39, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In that case, why don't you revert the article so that we can proceed with a discussion until the other user has consensus? Cited content was removed and there is also evidence of an SPA acting within the article under different aliases and IP addresses. Michalis1994 (talk) 18:43, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No, I am not going to join in an edit war. I have already recommended a path forward on the article talk page, which is WP:DRN. So that we can proceed with a discussion... the state of the article is irrelevant to whether discussion can occur. It has already been linked a few times on this page, but please do review WP:AVOIDEDITWAR. VQuakr (talk) 19:06, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia:Edit warring - Please read it. You are edit warring. If you continue reverting instead of following steps in dispute resolution, I don't see it ending well for you...and I'd say the same to the others in the dispute if they were threatening to wait out 24 hours just so they could game 3RR and revert again. --Onorem (talk) 18:43, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
