Hello KaterynaS. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:KaterynaS. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=KaterynaS|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message.

Information icon Hello, I'm 1AmNobody24. I noticed that you recently removed content from Vitaliy Khomutynnik without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. 1AmNobody24 (talk) 11:37, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/KaterynaS. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text at the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Courcelles (talk) 16:52, 16 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am sorry that you blocked my only Wikipedia account. I think it is important to inform you that since the November 2022 article about Vitaliy Khomutynnik was attacked by unknown people (in particular https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Opward) who wrote false information and obvious insults (you can also see it in the history of the page since November 2022 https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Vitaliy_Khomutynnik&action=history). :I wrote the official letter to Wikimedia Foundation with the request about false information at Wikipedia. The Wikipedia Volunteer Response Team answered me officially that I can't make any changes to Wikipedia articles directly since I am employed by the article's subject's company and have a conflict of interest. :The Wikipedia Volunteer Response Team also told me that I can disclose my conflict of interest and only after this I can propose any changes on the article's Talk page. :I followed all these instructions and proposed changes with the links to reliable sources as references (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:KaterynaS&oldid=1149110408 :https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Vitaliy_Khomutynnik&diff=prev&oldid=1149117494). It should be emphasized that I only have this one account and have never edited from any others. :I never wanted to harm or break Wikipedia rules and want to assure you that the only aim of my proposed changes was publishing correct and truthful information about the head of Cascade Investment Fund. :Hope for your understanding. Decline reason:

Simple denial is insufficient. You need to address the concerns raised at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/KaterynaS/Archive. Yamla (talk) 12:52, 2 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
