Residence

[edit]

I am quite sure that En Esch lives in Berlin now. I have seen him DJing a few goth parties and playing with Mona Mur, and I believe he lists Berlin as his residence on his MySpace page. -LB —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.12.33.217 (talk) 09:43, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

He was living in Chicago sometime in the last 10 years, at least for awhile. JanderVK (talk) 14:44, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Initials

[edit]

It says the "esch" is a parody of how Germans say "s"... but Germans say it exactly the same as in English, except with maybe a little more e at the beginning (ess) Is there a source anywhere?

Well, I took it to mean that his stage name was formed with the first letter of his first name, and the first three letters of his last name. (eN)icklaus (eSch)andelmaier. Sounds right to me? Bennie Noakes 02:34, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rammstein

[edit]

I think it should be mentioned that he is due to become the new lead singer of Rammstein, replacing Till Lindemann --Vulcan5978 17:50, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's currently only a rumor. Some sites have pulled that article, and neither official site of the bands has said anything. So I'm going to guess it's a hoax. Ancatdubh43 02:49, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was just a rumor. Rammstein's official site and the official site for Slick Idiot have both issued statements saying that it is untrue. Entartet17 (talk) 15:27, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Picture

[edit]

Does anyone by chance have a working image of En Esch? I think a picture would help the article a bit. Kapt'n S 22:34, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

I uploaded one, but it was removed, even though license was granted for it. Twiin 01:37, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That's silly. Is there any way we can find another one? Kapt'n S 12:11, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
There was one that I had added a long time ago. I am just going to put it back up because: 1. It works, 2. Its complies to standards since I took the picture and I have put the free license on usage.  immunity  talk  01:57, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Also, please help me fill out the infobox.  immunity  talk  02:04, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Age?

[edit]

The article doesn't say, are there any sources for this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.78.183.102 (talkcontribs) 11:54, July 2, 2013‎ (UTC)

Well he has to have been born before 1968 since that would only make him 15-16 years old at the time of recording Opium (KMFDM 1984). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.78.183.102 (talk) 21:26, 18 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
