I do not find free pack shapeshiters. I tried to contact chat service of ea, they say to login from social media. Still cannot find it in store.

Delete game and reinstall still same.

Lof ou and login stil same

From start, i have not been able to play challenges unless i buy them in market.

@3caca3e3d5907359 There was only onr pack on the first day and everyone got some players. No free packs after that. If you didn't get that pack contact customer service in game for missing rewards.
If you got them and used for exchange/training then you need to buy them
