In Season 21, whenever I open my inventory sometimes I am not able to drop anything or mess around with my items for a delayed period of time. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't, but it can kill me whenever I need to quickly shield swap or some other action. I don't believe it is on my end, I was wondering if anybody knows what is going on?
