I cannot login my EA account

I linked my FC mobile progress to my Facebook account and my EA account . But I cannot log in to the EA acc , even I tried to reset my password , it said " we cannot find your Ea ... " , anyone have ideas to solve this ? Now I still can access to the game because of my facebook but I want to regain my Ea account
