Game Freezing [ Edited ]

I got Apex on my Xbox and it worked perfectly however I downloaded it onto my gaming PC and while in the tutorial to learn the controls for PC it froze my entire PC the only way to stop it by shutting it down and trying again. It did this multiple times and would never work. After giving up I tried to play on my Xbox but it said i was playing on another device while Apex on my computer wasnt even open! Can someone please help me?

@07141845 Hey there, this should be a sync issue. If you restart both of your devices and wait some time it should allow you to login again on your Xbox.

Thank you for that, but what about the freezing issue?

@07141845 is the freezing happening while in a match or in the lobby?

We've received other reports in this thread where players are experiencing freezing while in the lobby. That's the reason I had to clarify that with you. Since the game is crashing/freezing during a match, that's probably a different issue. 

Do you see any error messages after the crash/freeze?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet?
