[Feedback] Viewbobing continues regardless of stop running [ Edited ]

Unfortunately i found a bug related to the viewbob. The camera keeps shaking even if Isaac entirely stops running. I'm not entirely shure if this is an PS5-exclusive bug or  appears in multiple different versions.

@Pixelwave99 Appreciate the video. I looked it up and I can see it being called on Steam, Reddit, and a few game sites. Most people say just try to disable it or make changes to the accessibility options from videos that help with it but not really any fixes to resolve it being an issue.
