Sims 3 Pets Installed on App but not in launcher

I bought my Sims 3 Pets expansion back around 2012/2013 and redeemed the original code on my EA app. However, no matter what I try it won't show up in my Sims 3 launcher as installed. It shows as installed on the EA app but just not in the Sims 3 itself.

I have no problems with my other packs, just Pets.

I've cleared by EA cache, repaired my game and its add-ons multiple times, but it still won't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like Pets would need to be manually re-added to your account so you can access and play this pack again. While we aren't able to do this for you over the forums, the live support team can take a look with you and see what's happening with your pack.
