Sims 3 Unable to download purchase

Hello,

I have two purchases in my purchase history that I am unable to download. When I try to download my purchased items, it tells me that I do not own them. I attempted to discuss this with live chat, but they referred me to this forum. I would really appreciate some help on this one. The two items in question are "Lunar Lakes" and "Stones Throw Greenhouse".

For the greenhouse, can you download either premium item?  Please try downloading both the set and the items, and Lunar Lakes as well, using Firefox.
