align arrays at koboh control center door not opening

Summarize your bug After flying to Koboh to the align the control center,I fought the wave of enemies at the control center and died, during what I assume was the last wave. After reviving at the meditation point, I switched from Jedi master to padawan, and now I’m locked out of the room to fight the wave of enemies. I tried reloading and traveling to a new planet, but that door still won’t open.
