Players in my club and first team dissapeared

Hello,

so i placed a player yesterday on the transfermarket and it sold , today i wanted to play ultimate team and i saw that my keydefender was gone , also i didnt have the amount of coins on my bank and my club was half gone. I dont know what this problem is but i want it fixed, i didnt do any sbc’s. Can someone help me ??

@njlvc this happened me too but in a different way, while I was playing ultimate team with a 98 rated Cruyff that I packed today from an untradeable pack. But anyway; after I played a couple of games I switched tab to watch youtube and later when I returned he was gone from my club, I checked quick sell recovery and he wasnt there does anyone know what happened and how can i get him back.
