how to add old cd key games to account?

so i have bf2 and bf2142 im trying to add to my account that i brought years ago (new)

iv talked to an advisor and they are saying i need to contact the retailer as the keys are not showing up on there system or something, i sent pictures of my keys on the manuals. is there anything i can do....?? or will i have to find a diffrent way to..... download my games?

Unfortunately nothing can be done, keys for Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 can't be used on the EA app. This has been the case for over 5 years. The advisor is most likely not aware of the situation since the games are very old. If you want I can explain the situation in more detail, but long story short, you are not able to use the keys on the EA app or anywhere else.
