Language selection on PC (Steam/Origin)

Hey, I was wondering if I will be able to freely select a language. Pre-ordered it on Steam (although it's page says that it will require Origin account anyway, so this might not matter) and I'm located in Poland. I would like to play all of trilogy with full English audio and subs, and don't want to be forced to play it with incomplete Polish dubbing (ME1 and partially voiced ME2). Any information if PC players won't be locked out of English version due to their location?
