Caustic's Gas is weak

I have been a Caustic main from day one. Straight up season zero, I have never complained when he gets nerfed until season 21. That is right, it has been about 5 years until today. EVERYONE does not care about his gas. The amount of time i have been pushed and just ran through this season is insane. No amount of high damage and no slow down and no vison blur when you are choking on gas?!?!?!

This not fair at all. You need to reverse it back from last season or add a buff of something new. MAKES no sense.
