Alter tactical bugs

[Adendon]

Was playing today and noticed two bugs. 

1. One bug was when my teammate was taking my tactical and it stopped midway during his animation. He ended up stuck in the floor. When he was downed, he was still stuck in the floor, unable to move. Shooting was normal.
2. When using the tactical to go upwards, sometimes I don't go through the structure, instead I go through the animation upwards, and I end up falling back down. This has happened a couple of times.
