Cannot get onlne [ Edited ]

Every time I try to get online with F1 it says the follow :SEE ATTACHED PIC" or "PLEASR RESET YOUR PASSWORD."  I'd don't that renewed all my license for the games.  This is the only one that will not get past the attached pic.

It a new PS5 all up to date and has been restated.

I need help.  I bought the system for this game

It looks like the screenshot you tried to share with us wasn't uploaded correctly. 

When you have the chance, can you try adding the image to a post as an attachment? If you reply to this post you should see a little icon in the toolbar that looks like a photo. If you click that, you can upload an image and it will insert it to your post:
