Total Control Franchise Mode [ Edited ]

Can we please get the full edit player option (salaries included) from the main menu IN the actual game mode and the ability to force trades. That's it. That's all I want. Please just let ME have total control of how MY own OFFLINE franchise mode plays out. It affects nobody else but me.

Or if a dude wants a ridiculously inflated salary and I cant afford to lose him, just let me put his salary down to what I want after I sign him, it's not like I'm taking money out of his actual bank account.
