Why did I get charged 2 times in 1 month? [ Edited ]

Hi, I just payed to get an EA play Subscription through the EA website and when I went to download Battlefield 2042 on my linked PS5 account, I was forced to pay a 2nd time for an EA play account. I need a refund for one of these.

I removed the image you attached to be safe in case it contained any private information. Please be more careful about this in the future.

There was no personal information, and that was proof that I was charged twice.

We can't help with this over Answers HQ so the image isn't needed. I removed it as a precaution. Please contact an advisor as I mentioned so they can assist with this.
