I have the same problem since I purchased it on friday. They already charged me in the 2nd payment, but the first one is still processing and so is my membership on this account.

If you look over the transaction history for your account, are you seeing the purchase status for your EA Play membership showing as completed, processing, or failed?

If your transaction is stuck in a processing state, we'd need the live support team to review your billing information to see what's going on- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to take a look with you.
